ABOUT
Wong Kar-Wai is my hero...

Eduardo A. Garcia — Director
Eduardo is a filmmaker trapped inside a submarine designer's body. His attention to detail and keen sense of smell rivals most military police dogs and he rarely ever turns off his computer.
"... his dedication to his work was startling. He would work all hours, non-stop to stretch himself to the limit to achieve his vision. From a purely technical view of his work, he excels at keeping a story localized and concentrated, lean and mean, usually centering around one location. Eduardo has the right mixture of ambition. He aspires to perfection with all aspects of his film, yet does not yield to desires to create massive, unwieldy projects. He chooses little moments or stories he can tell in a short period of time and concentrates to make them as compelling as possible. His camera direction is first rate, very expressive and always kinetic. what's also startling is his innate understanding of music, sound, and rhythm in conjunction with the images, he manages to create and shift a mood almost at will..."

"To be honest, I’m not sure Eduardo sees himself as an artist. I feel he just sees a person with a cockeyed view of things, trying to figure out how to fit into the world. That, however, is part of his charm, part of what makes him unique. He has an active and many sided personality. His mind is quick, his imagination staggering. As an artist and an individual, Eduardo has always moved among several worlds. All of which have influenced him as a person and as an artist."
